If you have health concerns and would like to schedule an appointment, contact us via email (below), or call us at 704.882.1488.  We also invite you and your family to visit us at our office located at 14015-D East Independence Blvd. Indian Trail, North Carolina. 

Office Hours:

Monday: 8am-11am,  2pm-6:30pm 

Tuesday: 2pm-6:30pm

Wednesday: 8am-11am, 2pm--6:30pm

Thursday: 8am-11am, 2pm-6:30pm

Friday: Closed
